We were able to visit the fam in Utah this weekend. Mom corrected me every time I referred to my unborn child as "she" and "her" because she has talked to lots of mothers who have told her that doctors and ultrasounds are sometimes wrong. It doesn't help that I dreamt that my child was a brown-eyed female with dark curly hair, so that's all I picture now.
I caved and bought these cute pictures from Ikea:

Chad says that the middle picture is rather predatory in nature. But who can resist Ikea? You walk in to a heavenly aroma of cinnamon rolls- and they don't skimp on the cinnamon glaze. And the 99 cent chocolate bars are far removed from America's waxy versions. And where else can you drink Ligonberry juice?
We also visited my old office in Ogden. Man I miss working there. I loved the projects I was given and the freedom I had and the writing and research I got to do. If ever we move back to Utah, I would love to work at the old office again. In the past Chad has frequently worked odd hours so I could totally do it and still have a parent at home with the kid. I would love to live in a house I own with a fenced yard and work at my leisure and grow things in my square-foot garden and eat them and make stuff with them. I love homemade grape juice. I would grow Asian pear trees, herbs, veggies, everything. That would be the life. *Sigh*

I love those pictures, and I, too, love IKEA. So, are you going to put any prego pictures up?
♥ I think those pictures are cute! So do they have an Ikea in Boise? I've heard good things about them but of course never been!
Cute pictures, Heather! I LOVE IKEA too. You need to post pics of you soon!
