Okay, I'm laughing because everyone else is like "awww...that's so sweet..." But I thought you were being sarcastic because as someone who has a husband who falls asleep within seconds I know that personally these situations are so annoying because it's like they think saying "I love you" and then falling immediately back asleep makes it all okay. When really, we want them to stay awake and be miserable with us. Was I totally misreading you here?!!! Maybe it's just me.
p.s. No offense to those who said it was sweet! It probably was and I am just too cynical!!! :)
Tali, you know me too well. You know how sarcastic I can be, and probably was more so back in high school. But this was a genuine non-sarcastic post.
But it would be hilarious if I was trying to be sarcastic and you were the only one who caught on!
It sure is hard to tell tone of voice via the Internet.
