Almost Famous

Chad and I ran into his Weber State University news class professor last week. The news class is always hurting for stories, so a couple of reporters came to Hotel Inlaws and interviewed Chad and I (with a cameo by Maura in her stunning television debut) for a story about organ donation. Check it out here.

This is really cool! Those Weber communications students probably sat up and took real notice at Chad's old footage... He looked pretty awesome on camera! and yea, Maura steals the show : )

Man, your baby is so cute!

That's one way to get your 15 minutes of fame by the way, but I bet it would have been easier to just become a world-famous concert pianist or something.

Chad's a real natural on camera. Maura seemed a little camera-shy, however. She must take after the Bury side. : )

I like your blog. It's very Jemmett. Which means it's interesting and unique. I also loved the Twilight post about the U-G-LY you ain't got no alibi ugly hair do's. Jasper's was the all time worst. The thing that is even more horrid is that if you see them on talk show's playing themselves, their hair is even uglier, if you can imagine!

I impressed with your camera-ready skills. Maura is a natural...must be in the genes. I bet when they were going through all of Chads old tape from his days on Weber State news, they felt embarrassed because he could not only read the prompter, but add inflection and a bit of entertainment as well...That dude that is anchoring now...he is practically illiterate, but good for him for being so brave regardless of his inferior reading skills.

PS. Where's my crappy hairdryer??!!! I certainly hope Morgan can develop mad crossword skills...he HATES them now. and although I may have a medium vocabulary I certainly don't have very good problem solving skills=I don't put 2 and 2 together very well. Wish I was a wiz @ crosswords they always seem so civilized and sophisticated like what really smart and classy people do to keep their skills sharp. Maybe that's how that Mormon guy that won a thousand shows of Jeopardy, did.

You guys looked fabulous. Hopefully things get rolling along quickly for a donation. My little brother's band did a commercial for Yes Utah organ donation a couple of years ago {he's almost home from his mission now}. It was pretty cool. Well, I hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas.
